Payments are securely processed via Stripe, with fraud protection measures enabled.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in promotional offers.
We handle all Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA (U.S. law).
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Microsoft Azure’s HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.

Users may order lab tests through partnered providers (telehealth, Quest, Labcorp, Everlywell, etc.).
Enhanced Genetics AI does not control lab testing procedures or accuracy of third-party results
You acknowledge that test fulfillment, timing, and accuracy are the responsibility of the lab/telehealth provider.
All software, code, reports, graphics, and AI models are the exclusive property of TechSpire Solutions LLC.
Users may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent.
Enhanced Genetics AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechSpire Solutions LLC is not liable for: - Any medical decisions made based on AI-generated reports. - Lab result errors, delays, or misinterpretations. - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes shall first attempt mediation, and if unresolved, proceed to binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
