This Notice describes how your medical information may be used and disclosed, and how you can access this information. Please review it carefully.

Enhanced Genetics AI (“Platform”), operated by TechSpire Solutions LLC, is committed to protecting your Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

  • We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your PHI.
  • We will promptly notify you if a breach occurs that may compromise your information.
  • We must follow the duties and privacy practices described in this Notice.

For Your Care

  • To provide AI-driven health insights, reports, and recommendations.
  • To support telehealth doctors and lab partners in ordering or reviewing tests.

For Payment

  • To process subscription fees via Stripe, which operates under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA compliance.
  • To bill and collect payment for services you receive.

For Operations

  • To improve our AI models, user dashboards, and platform services (using de-identified or anonymized data when possible).
  • To monitor system security and ensure HIPAA compliance.

We may also share your PHI when required by law, including:

  • Public health and safety purposes (reporting threats or adverse events).
  • Legal requests from courts or law enforcement.
  • Health oversight activities (e.g., audits, compliance checks).

We will never sell your information to third parties.

You have the following rights regarding your PHI:

  • Access: You can request a copy of your health data stored on our platform.
  • Amend: You can request corrections to incomplete or inaccurate information.
  • Restrict: You can request restrictions on how your data is used or disclosed.
  • Confidential Communication: You may request communications via specific methods (e.g., secure email only).
  • Delete: You may request deletion of your account and associated PHI, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Accounting of Disclosures: You may request a list of times we have shared your PHI (except for disclosures related to treatment, payment, or operations).

To protect your PHI, we implement the following safeguards:

  • Encryption of data at rest and in transit.
  • Access controls & role-based permissions via Azure AD B2C.
  • Audit logging & monitoring of all access to PHI.
  • Secure storage in Microsoft Azure HIPAA-compliant services (SQL Database, Blob Storage, Key Vault).

We may share PHI with third-party “Business Associates” who perform services for us (such as labs, telehealth providers, or Stripe). All Business Associates are required to sign HIPAA-compliant agreements and safeguard your PHI.
